I feel like Toga was meant to be a hero. I think in the show and Manga is silently cheering the students on. I also believe she doesn't like to be controlled by people who don't even care for her.
Fr, if Toga were to become a hero I feel she would've been a great one, the only thing that made her seem like a villian was her not being able to control her feelings towards blood because of her quirk, she is a really cheery person and she deserved better
Tbh uraraka and bakugo death was sad toga just wants to live normal and she thinks uraraka is perfect toga parent wasnt supportive of toga they were talking bad thing about toga i feel bad for toga
