Hey So I think this is the right time to tell
Whoever is facing facial asymmetry Maybe due any reason like sleeping on one side or mewing I would like to tell that I also faced severe facial asymmetry 8 months ago
I started mewing in the wrong way and it phaked my face . I watched almost every possible video on asymmetry available on TH-cam and even begged people on comments to help me but unfortunately no one helped me to that point
But guys now its fully cured
So I think I should tell it to you
Listen don't panic in this situation because most of you will do the same and your brain won't give you good suggestions.
The tips are --
1)Just watch the Shaaringaton asymmetric video He said 3-4 exercises in his video just do that.
2)try sleeping on the back remember if you sleep on any one side you'll phak your symmetry
3)try pushing your tongue to the weaker side {this is the main point} if your asymmetry is caused by mewing. Do it without too much tension on jaw .
4) Chew harder and more from the less developed side
5)Do follow chintucks and jaw extension
Just do these for 3-4 months you'll see good results
Don't overreact to this problem friend you are beautiful and you should be proud of what God gave to you
