Chapel: Trinity Lutheran School - September 18, 2024

Trinity Lutheran School - Trinity Lutheran School's chapel was led by teacher Mrs. Pat Perez, who shared a message from Isaiah 40:28, Genesis 1:31, and Romans 8:23, Matthew 21:23 and 28:18, where we learned about rules, and took time to recognize that everything we have comes from God. The third and fourth grade class took us on a visit to Mrs. Perez's Cute Zoo to help us understand why we need to take care of God's Word. Mrs. Perez showed us how donating pencils, notebooks, and backpacks, as part of our support of missionary Joe Boway, is a response to Jesus' command to share His Good News (Matthew 28:18-20). Today’s songs were: Father Welcomes, Give Thanks (led by the 3rd and 4th grade), and I Want to Walk as a Child of the Light. Thank you to Mrs. Perez for sharing God's Word with us, Miss Rose for providing the music, and students Sophia and Arianna for operating the camera. Next week we welcome Mr. Boway of Liberian Children's Ministry for Trinity Lutheran School's chapel service on a special day, TUESDAY, September 24, at 8:30 a.m. (Central).
