Actually, they are their own species, Okapies and Giraffes are two separate animals and live in different parts of the world. Okapies live in jungles in Australia, and giraffes live in North and South Africa with lions and cape water Buffalo's and cheetahs and hyenas and rhinos and African elephants and zebras and leopards.

Yes they Are like that! I have always thought an Okapi looked like the hind legs of zebra, the tongue and nose of giraffe, a horse, donkey, deer, elk and the eyes&ears of a hippo a bit!! They were the first animal I looked up as a child & 1st animal I wanted to study in Biology, in Veterinary and zoology studies!! Aren't they so cool!?!!

Why is that black tip reef shark in such a small tank that the poor thing needs more room to swim in and not just around in circles. Sure awhile it may have been in there for a checkup for its pregnancy, but can you please give it a bigger tank with room to swim wherever it wants freely.

They said she is going to a huge tank. She needed a complete checkup and to begin training her to feed when they turn on a light. That way there are less predations on other fish in the tank.

It’s called quarantine. It’s not on display yet. Are you vegan?
