I've been playing Minecraft for many years and I've collected a lot useful tips and tricks in that time that I think every Minecraft player should know. This is just a few of the things as there's plenty more that I couldn't add. Hopefully I can make another video like this to get the remaining tips.

So for the people playing in the latest minecraft version here is a tip for killing mobs
The axes have been made stronger but they now have an attack speed a long with other tools a wood axe has 7 attack damage a stone axe has 9 attack damage as well as the iron axe as well BUT the trick is the attack speed is lowered meaning if you attack quickly it will not end up being as efficient so that's your choice whether to use a sword which means faster attack and less attack damage or use an axe

I put the chests in different directions if i don't want them to join. If it looks ugly then just alternate between trapped chests and regular chests however that is very expensive

Glowstone drops 1-4 dust when broken, not 1-3. Fortune does help by making it more likely to get 3 or 4 glowstone dust. A silk touch pick is better, but a fortune pick will do fine. Also fortune doesn't work on crops. You seem to have a lot of misconceptions about fortune, Xisumavoid has a good mythbusting video on it.

Fact 87 at 5:44 was calculated wrong, 1 in 20 is 5 percent. 100/20 =5, not .5%, .5% is 1 in 200

0.05*100%=5%.

Most of them are basic tips, some of them like the keyboard shortcuts to drop stuff or to craft stuff i didn't know so those were useful.

Almost all the tips i know, but the one abt left click in the crafting menu was actually useful cause I wanted to know how to do that, and some of the tips i surprisingly didn't know.
Most of the tips a lot of ppl know, u shld add the tips not many ppl may know like u can right click to wear armor, u can shift left click or shift right click for diff crafting effects.
Tip 85 is incorrect, it is 8.5mins for each day/night, then 1.5 for dawn/dusk.

Well, diamond ore can only be found in the layers 1-15 so why is 12 the layer where there is most chance to find diamond ore? I dont get it, it should be around in the middle of that like 7-8-9 or something.

First of all, the 8:01 is a glitch. Second, the title states that the tips take less than 8 minutes, not the video. He spends a few seconds on intro and outro.
If you already know most of the tips, good for you. Some people don't.
You should just make a clock because golden tools are terrible
Gold is useful for Powered Minecart Rails, so it is worth keeping some.
I'm a huge Minecraft nerd so I already knew about 99% of those but I did learn some things. not every day I find out something new about minecraft.
That explains why they aren't stealing my diamonds and only take the worthless stuff.

In Minecraft PE, if you're falling down a hole, and you lean against the side, you won't take fall damage. (I did this long ago in PE, so i don't know if it still works)

the vid was uploaded in 2014. The game has been updated multiple times through time so saying that some are wrong is useless
Why use blaze rods when the Nether has a much more effective furnace fuel known as lava? There's tons of it and they do 100 items each. You can get around the only one stack at a time by using hoppers to place in blocks and furnace fuel automatically.
Some people use blaze xp grinders, you get copious amounts of blaze rods like that. With lava, you have to pick it up each time and take the buckets out of the furnaces.
***** Not if you use hoppers, you can dump multiple buckets and multiple stacks of whatever you want smelted and just leave it.
Lava does 120 blocks each, not 100.

85 isn't entirely correct. Day is 10 min night is 7 min and Sunrise and sunset are both 1.5 min
