- Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said that he felt touched after watching Anwar: The Untold Story - a biopic documenting his journey in battling corruption.
The Prime Minister shared that although the overall dialogue in the movie was not fully accurate, the issues raised were based on true events.

I haven’t seen the movie, but I’ve been following Anwar’s torturous journey to save Malaysia. Yes I think the brutal IGP should serve his time in prison as an example to others that bastards like him would be severely punished. There is no place for this kind of cruelty as hitting a helpless prisoner. They should cane him put him in prison and throw away the keys .
