Of course I used a nicotine patch to help with withdrawal and having congestive heart failure is a powerful incentive but when you have people to live for it makes it all worthwhile. This actually a vital motivation ever I've been tried to quit smoking over and over also I've started recently but I find it hard to cope with the rest of my day without smoking a piece of cigarette what's energies me the most is that why I just hold on it and identifying myself as smoker. what I believe is from now on I won't even think about it I do gratitude you and your efforts

Bless this channel ! Everything that Fearless Soul addresses needs to be taught in our pubic school system . The youth needs to be educated on resiliently , hard work , mental toughness , higher consciousness, tapping into ones best version of themselves and much more . In my humble opinion , the entire school system needs to revamp its approach to education . People may say its the parents responsibility to teach such things , but some parents may not be mentally equipped. , I would love to see things change .
One needs to be focused in life what needs to be done. If one isn't focused things aren't going to get done. Self discipline is what's involved & motivation. Which means putting one's mind to it.
I did not change until the trigger points comes into my life. My trigger point was a bitter pill to swallow but the good thing is that it woke me up to see my flaws and change them.
