My idea for an anti passive mechanic is if the opponent doesn't have a certain amount of healable damage (to account for early ults) and walks backwards constantly for more then like 4-6 seconds they get a backdash and movement speed debuff with a possibility of disabled PDs that lasts for like 3 seconds after they get caught or walk forward.

The reason no one plays that style is because it's the perfect style for passive play and as the game moves towards rewarding more skilled types of styles it makes it really difficult for styles to run away which is pretty much how iron fist is suppose to be played.
Too bad that after the nerf slugger m2 is pdable so basically its useless now(small hitbox and extremely easy to pd punches makes it basically worse than shotgun at this point).
