Wow, this video came at the right time for me. I’m currently going through some health struggles and have in laws coming into town for two weeks and staying with us, which has caused extreme anxiety within me. (I’m an extremely shy person!) So the fact that this was posted on the day this is all happening truly helped me relax some in the moment and know everything is going to be OK. thanks for all you do, Morgan! I just picked up "Anne of Green Gables" on the discard shelves at the Library last Sunday. Lol. I have never read it. Watched the series, both. And even the 1930's movie.

With a bad/meh book coming to the end is DIVINE (no more to read), but with a good/delightful book the end is DEVASTATING (becuz there's no more)! If you're lucky there might be sequels but NEVER the first read again.😩

It is sooo good when you have faced something that makes you scared, and got through it - afterwards, you feel sooo good. I am still trying to get out of my home with Madge, my rescue greyhound, to walk further, and when I do, it feels so good. It is only one mile to my country village shop, but because I have trouble even going out of my front door, in the 7 years I have lived here, I still have not made it by foot to the shop. But I am trying to, and that is the main thing. Your videos help me feel I am not useless, and that perhaps I am worth something after all. Your vlog was so cozy - there's nothing better than curling up with a good book, this year I've made a mission to read every evening for at least 1hr when I can, this I feel is my reset time after a busy/noisy day at work to sit and recharge. Don't worry about the look of the cupcakes I've had many a disaster with the decorating, but it's the taste that matters.

Loved this sooooo much! Seems like forever since I got to participate in a premiere viewing. Today is a no school day so I’m home relaxing and this was my “icing on the cupcake”! 😉 I was in Hood River with my mom yesterday and thought of you so much. The weather was perfect and out views of Mt Hood from the Fruit Loop were breathtaking. Blossoms on the fruit trees, daffodils, dogwood, and daisies everywhere. It was absolutely wonderful! We also fit in a visit to Waucoma Bookstore which is always fun. Only thing that could have made it better would have been meeting up with you for a cup of tea! 😁 I’m so excited about your plan for an Oregon meet up! That would be amazing. An author friend of mine had a gathering at The Heathman Hotel in Portland several years ago and it was a High Tea. You would have loved it! I have no doubt that whatever you plan will be magical and so much fun!!! Here’s to 100,000 in the not too distant future!! 😃👍🏻🎉

It's been a long, crazy week. So I purposely waited till Saturday morning to watch your video. I got to sleep in a couple extra hours and wake up to a quiet house with bright blue skies and a happy sun. I've been doing some spring cleaning, reading(!) and working on the happiest afghan I've ever seen! It's the retro stripes sunburst afghan (you'll have to google it) and these colors are making me so happy! I'm loving spring...the honeysuckle bush in our back yard is starting to bloom and it smells SO good! Between that and the lilac bushes I'm in heaven! Congrats on 90K! 💮🌞💖

I feel such comfort when I watch your channel. I've been listening to a jazz singer named Diana Panton. She has an album called A Cheerful Little Earful that reminds me of the topics you bring up. It's sweet, happy, playful, lovely songs that just make me so happy! I'm all about embracing the things that bring me joy even if they may seem strange to others. I’m reading the underground library by Jennifer Ryan, my mum bought it for me. I normally read fantasy books but I’ve enjoyed this one and welcomed how different it is from my usual reading. It follows the experience of three young women as they face hardships in London during WW2 and finding themselves as they face their various challenges and support each other through their friendship after they come together for a reading group at the Bethnal Green Library.

Yes to the meet-up (and I'm an introvert, so it takes a lot to get me out), yes to the *loveliest* postcard and sticker (I SO loved receiving them, and I'm barely a tea-drinker, but the colors and design are wonderful), yes to the avo toast, strawberry cupcakes and "delicious" Roo, etc., etc. I've also been enjoying the absolutely vibrant spring colors here in the Portland area, so it was fun to see you and out about appreciating them as well.
Oh - and that postcard needs to be your next phone wallpaper! I did my best, though, by taking an up-close shot of it and using that pic as my phone background.
