Hi Vanjoe, my name is Noel Baquilod, retired and lives in New Jersey. I saw this video and was impressed with your presentation. I like DMCI designs - they're modern and clean.
I am interested in a 2 bedroom condo unit in Metro Manila preferably near BGC. If you could please give me more information as to available units, location and pricing I would appreciate it very much.
My wife and I are leaning towards owning a property in MM. This will not be our primary residence but we plan to go back home every now and then to be with family and friends. However, we are not 100% sure yet if we need to own a condo as it would depend on many factors like what would our children think of this idea and other factors.
