Oh so funny you’re also dealing with the trials and tribulations of caring for a sourdough starter! Just about 3 weeks ago my boss shared a bit of his with me and I was able to make a loaf with it, but since then my starter has developed a really fruity fragrance and I’m not sure what the deal is! I want it to smell more sour! I’m about to prepare some dough right now, for the second time. Wish me luck!
