Reminds me of that one time when me and my friends made 1 draw 4 card "special"
We colored it in rainbow and made a rule, if anyone gets and puts this card, and who doesnt have +2 or +4, they pick up *the whole set of cards*
And if someone doesnt have a card, but also there's no cards to draw, he just skips the turn.
Kind of fun having my friend scream.
