There should be Eucharist under both species for Catholics in my estimation. . The Orthodox church do that. The mass should be more happy clappy. More of a joyous celebration. God bless.

In the Eucharist is contained Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ. When we receive a Host we receive Him completely. Praise be to God🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Covid stopped the Precious Blood from being given.

The focus is on the Last Supper and transubstantiation. I sat in on some Protestant services in the US and noticed that difference.
