yes,but by all means austin is really a bad ass ship. but one the reload booster is on cool down, it becomes pathetic. There is no smoke,no radar and a longer base reload time. But svea got all this plus long range torps,its a neat ship

Austin is for Captain Nutjob, half of the ships Austin meet would likely be sent back to port faster than when they sailed out of it had them caught in that burst of reload booster. Well, it's pretty much like Emiliyolo which is terrible on paper but turns out complete opposite in the field, and for certain patches, the same thing also applied to Patrie which doesn't look very attractive due to the lack of funny button.
Swedish guns. The ones on this are a modified 1960's variant of the guns originally built for the Tre Kronor class cruisers (which Sweden actually built.)

OK, EU ship, EU torps, Brit consumable, probably Russian guns (high accuracy and high velocity) in Brit turrets (fast traverse).
