I really don;t understand why you think a) Mourinho is the man b) why he or anyone elite would want the job apart from to get a payday? The manager has basically no influence on who is on the pitch. We now have a new manager who is going to have a shortened pre-season to work with most of the players - unless he hauls them straight back from the Euros. It's totally idiotic.
@@ChelseaFCPodcast I am repeating myself, but even if I did think he was the man for the job, I don;t see how he or anybody else is going to work successfully in a structure where they have no influence over who is on the pitch.
I’m not in the least bothered about Poch leaving. It’s not like Chelsea fans are not used to a revolving door of managers but it’s not stopped us winning silverware over the last 20 years. We’ve had a good run over the last few games and that’s down to the players working their socks off. The players have had their first season in the hardest league on the planet and will go into the next campaign with a lot of confidence. Yes we are no doubt going to off load some of them but I believe we will still be pushing top 4. I have zero concern about Poch going and I’m sure he’s not going to lose any sleep over it especially when the big check hits his bank account.
@@ChelseaFCPodcast he also drove Arjen Robben out of the club… and Juan Mata… and Kevin Debryne… and Mo Salah … and fell out with the owners, half the players, the press and half the fan base …. Twice.
@@ChelseaFCPodcast ahhh yes, the golden years of parked busses and grinding 1-0 victories. Remember that time Jose ordered the grounds team to not tend the pitch for three months ahead of the Barca game in the UCL? special times, beautiful football….
@@nicktaylor8684 you are obviously not a Chelsea supporter we played wonderful football under Mourinho Duff, Robben, Drogba, Lampard, John Terry! Real characters, a real team!! And when he came back we won it again with Costa and Cesc great football!! Would love to see it again!
Arsenal fans have no care for ex Tottenham Managers let alone Bank of Chelsea... but i felt sorry for Poch and fans don't deserve this.
Ehhh no!!

@@markusmanstroma3156 yea I don’t get the out pouring of grief by some
Sorry but that is a terrible idea. Mourinho is absolutely toxic and has a terrible record with young players.
Toxic? He is Chelsea’s most successful manager!
The 1st title under Chelsea the players were an average age of 23
