    People often ask me if I can bend something thicker, something bigger than a spoon with the spoon bending techniques. And while I often explain "that's not the point," I decided to try something much thicker today. Watch how the Spin Technique surprisingly softens this very thick stainless steel Cuisinart Ladle in a matter of minutes, and how to use this technique in your life.

    Awesome! ^_^ I tried with a spoon and fork the other night. Got the fork into the craziest, unrecognizable position. And now I can't put it back, which illustrates how real this is.
    What I'd love to do is corkscrewing, but that seems VERY hard. More than that, I want to bend a key. *That* has been truly difficult. I tend to throw myself into the deep end when learning new things.

    oh my god. i tried spoon bending as a kid and i couldn't do it. now i'm 17 and after watching your videos i was finally able to bend one!
    i did it in a different way though. i imagined that the spoon was an extension of me and that it had the same energy as i had?? i don't know if this makes any sense. then i imagined how it would look bent and made myself believe that that spoon already exists and i just have to put them together.
    might be a bad technique, but it worked haha
    thank you so much for helping me!

      THIS IS AWESOME! I love it! It completely makes sense and is a WONDERFUL way to connect energetically. Simply put - it's the law of attraction. You connected your energy, saw what you wanted to manifest, then went into he feeling space that it was already done - and bam! There it was. Awesome work : ) And Im so happy my videos helped. I continuously make up new techniques and encourage you to do the same. And make sure you use these techniques in YOUR LIFE. That's what its all about! (not just bending metal). Infinite love & gratitude!

    What are the limits or it in terms of our current consciousness? I know you said it's not about the spoons, but for using it as a tool for personal development and such. It would be interesting to know the limits of it in terms of basic bending of steel and metal. It may help open up the hearts and minds of skeptics, were they about to bend something there would no question they could not otherwise.

    Hi.. Nice video..
    I have a friend which sometimes he can bend spoon, but he also dont know how. I saw the spoon bend like this ➰not "U". I tried to bend like that too but I think it will break because its not flexible and I dont have such energy. Can u do that too? Bend 360° ➰. Sorry for my grammar 😅

    • @ArianaBahret

      Hi Haris! Yes - I have done the Loop-D-Loop. The spoon will not break - the metal will bend just fine. Continue to try it : ) I have multiple spoon bending techniques on my TH-cam channel and many more in my online class. If interested, go to ArianaBahret.com for more info. Have a great day!

    Thank you! I've been trying to bend a large 6inch nail with no luck. It's about .25inch thick. My meditation and mental state my be really off.

      @ArianaBahret  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      So welcome! Just keep trying the techniques and have no expectations (that's the hardest part). If the nail is too small for your hands you can try steel rods instead. I know someone who bends 3/8" and 1/2" diameter rods from Home Depot. Anything is possible!

      @@ArianaBahret I have plenty of steel bar to try. These nails are pretty large and I have many as well. Dory was right.... just keep swimming .. ;)

      @@ArianaBahret I want to know why you call it “ quantum “ spoon bending? What is your definition of quantum in this context?

    • @ArianaBahret
      @ArianaBahret  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@watchman_8290 Hi Jah - thanks so much for your message. So it's quantum spoon bending because your working with the quantum field. Quantum meaning subatomic particles - electrons, protons, neutrons. When you do these techniques, you are actually accelerating these tiny particles into another dimension for a short period of time. When this happens, the metal becomes very soft and you can bend it with little effort. But as those particles start to slow down and come back, the metal gets hard again. There is a slight amount of mass (not weight) lost in the process of acceleration which is later regained after slowing down. Hope this helps!

    Hi, I've had pretty good success, bending spoons and forks .
    But can't seem to achieve any real results , with butter knives . ( Don't worry , the ones I practice with , hardly have any teeth and are not sharp . Lol 😉)
    The knife is perhaps , slightly thicker . But not enough in my judgment, to make a difference .
    I'm just wondering , if you or anyone else have had any success , bending said knives ?
    And if so , any tips to share ?!
    Thanks for reading .

    • @ArianaBahret
      @ArianaBahret  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Larry! Thanks so much for your question. So I've never tried a butter knife but Im sure it can be done. If it's thicker than the forks or spoons you usually bend, I would say to give it a much longer incubation period (the wait period after doing the technique) before trying to bend it. Again, to me doing something thicker or bigger is not the point - the point is the demonstration of a tangible shift (Hard metal to soft metal) from focusing your thoughts. Period. So I'd say dont get too caught up in trying to bend the knife : ) I tried the thick ladle just to try it - but I had been bending for 6 years at that point and I never had an interest to try anything bigger in all that time. I know someone who has bent thick metal rods from Home Depot, but again that's not the point : ) If you're making the metal soft with your thoughts and energy, your succeeding!!!

    I am completely blocked. I cant even visualize the fork when I close my eyes, much less the spin. Any tips on this?

      Might be very helpful to raise your vibration. I’m simple terms, get into a state of excitement and happiness. Find a moment that you were super happy or exited and find a way to get back in that state.
