I have had the PM-3 for going on a year i paid $35 for it in a local tobacco shop its performed absolutely flawless,no jams no mishaps of any kind i found a 3d printed hopper and handle extention that was a perfect fit and was installed in about 2 minutes if i fill the hopper i can get about 40 to 50 cigarettes i keep my eyes out for another deal for my sister

Took a chance on the PM-4 some time ago and can confirm it works great. I might splurge on a 3 if it ever dies now that I know how well this one works.
I have two powematic 4's. One i have had for about 5 years. Still running great. The other one is still in its package just in case. I dont know about you but i figure a carton of cigs cost me $10. I can roll a carton of perfect cigs in under an hour. My wife and i turned some friends on to rolling their own. At first they wouldnt hear of it. But as cigs skyrocketed in price they tried it out. Now they love it.

They make far superior machines! Their Hawk-Matic HK2 has a 2 yr warranty instead of the 1 yr that Powermatic offers. They are less expensive, and they seldom ever jam. The motor and movements is smooth and quiet. The included cleaning tools are higher quality. I have one that I bought in 2020 that has 45,860 on the counter. It only has a 20,000 warranty, but it's still going as strong as the day I bought it.

The powermatic 2 machine I had worked well but because it was made mainly from plastic it didn't last long. Plastic overtime breaks down and drys out and starts cracking and literally begins to fall apart and if you get a year out of one I'd be very surprised.
what about the powermatic 5?... the most sophisticated of them all and i see it listed on 3-4 websites for the pm 3's price... the only strange thing is that there are very few reviews/videos of it...
I don't think the 5 will fly because you have to handle the cigs as much as the 3. The tobacco has to be just right for the 3 do not think you are going to dump tobacco in and go. NOT going to happen it takes a few weeks to get used to preparing your tobacco. If it is too moist it packs them too tight and you have it too dry the dust will mess up your internals. You have to listen to the machine while it is working to know when you hit the sweet spot. If everything is ok it will cycle 2 or 3 times. I do not tamp my cigs on the low setting. I brush off extra tobacco on the ends. Do Not buy a finisher it makes the end so tight it feels like you are sucking a shake through a straw trying to smoke.
Why don’t someone make a rolling machine where you don’t manually have to add a tube ??? Load the machine with tobacco and tubes and the machine spits them out stuffed!
These guys say they are gonna show the best options of the year on stuff like best tobaccos of 2024 and it’s just three different flavors of OHM with no actual information about the products or why they are the best. And usually the same products as the previous years video.

I’ve never used an electric machine. I’m cheap I like my premier sliding loader. 9 bucks and makes perfect cigarettes 99% of the time. Good video

It will mate,but will use four times the amount of tobacco..They do make a nice smoke though.
