Studying is the only thing that matters because we're taking this one piece at a time, baby. Be patient with yourself and if you don't understand something its okay! Just keep repeating it and know we're all cheering for you :)
im learning html and css coding and its hard to get stuff to sink in due to adhd and its really stressful, so this was a nice reminder that its not a race, a goal is just to get somewhere in the future

this music is out of this world ,from a diferent place full of peace and joy . I dreamt several months ago a place with a lot of autumn and peace and there were all around me on the ground these leaves in this video here , oak tree leaves ,yellow ones and big ones , was so beautiful, i was grabbing them in my hand and looking closely at them like it was so real . I had the leaves dream 2 times in 2 nights. This video reminded me of the feeling in the dream ,such an inspirational feeling and together with this sound is lovely :) great channel
i don't know if anyone will see this but im just gonna do a little nervous rant. this music makes me calm and happy and i need that. so, i start sophmore year at a brand new school in a brand new town with brand new everything in less than three days. and i dont handle change well. background: my mom wanted to move in with her boyfriend so me and my older sister (leaving for freshman year of college in just a couple weeks) were moved an hour away from the town we and our whole immediate family has lived and grown up in for our whole lives. middle school was...bad...and saying i was closed off would be an understatement. but freshman year i made the conscious decision to make real friends and try my best to be open, honest, and comfortable with them in the hopes at a deeply true friendship. it was hard and it was terrifying, but it was the best thing ive ever done. i made some of the best friends ive ever had and leaving them was a different kind of hurt. we can still see each other, obviously an hour's drive isnt so bad, but the daily dosage of contact, or lack thereof, takes its toll. my problem: i dont think i have it in me to do it a second time. to start over, everything i worked so hard for having crashed around me. it would be so so so much easier to just stay quiet and sit with my nose in a book for the next three years. my anxiety has gone from just barely tolerable to absolutely crushing since the move and honestly i couldnt get out of bed for about a month there. starting over, especially after everyone else will have already made friends from last year and i'll be a latecomer, seems too terrifying to even think about. do i stay out of things and stay quiet, maintaining the ability to just keep calm and alone? or do i shove it down and make friends so i can have a shot at an actually memorable high school experience? there's just so much effort and energy that goes into the latter and it seems impossible and makes me feel beyond panicked. what do i do?
Hi, I know you're a junior now but I hope things went well. Remember to take it one step at a time. If you're still working on it now a year later, that's okay! Just don't rule out the possibility of making friends. You got this :)
When i listen to this, I just imagine an astronaut floating out in space, tethered to the ship, looking down on the Earth, watching autumn from outer space, with this playing in his/her helmet. Just, there, suspended, in space, with no worries, concerns, or cares, just watching the world move and live as one. In space, all the wars, famine, divisions, hurt, pain, none of that matters. You just see the world as a whole. One giant planet, living together as one, and to me, that is just absolutely beautiful.
