@saumyacow4435 With all sea levels burning at max throttle on the ship its a max of 3 g's. Maybe you're thinking the boosters landing burn which is around 5 or 6 g's with 13 engines

Elon is making zero progress, his schedules make no sense, and everyone is too scared to point it out because he fires anyone who disagrees with him. The starship won't get anywhere, at most orbit (with a completely empty fairing).

no. it's a mod called "starship expansion project" and it adds all the stuff to mix and match, as well as built-in kOS functionality, and there are several scripts that allow you to have it fly itself.
@@Bag_of_chips_real yes im aware of what it features though most of the auto flying functions are able to be programmed into the kal controller (with great difficulty) and yes it is parts but the starship/super heavy parts are prefab parts like how all 28-33 super heavy engines etc are just a single part, seems a little too easy to snap a few parts at best together then have scripts premade to make it fly alone, im just saying i (personally) would prefer to build the entire thing out of a couple hundred individual parts as thats kind of the point of ksp rather than put a few heavily modded prefab models together, yes it can be more accurate to looks and MUCH easier to run in terms of parts count. but i find the challenge of ksp is all the parts, i dont know of any stock crafts or parts that have 28-33 full size gimballing rocket engines in a single part, like i said i very much love the video, its perfect, way better than any of mine, i just believe it would be even cooler if the starship expansion project wasnt as "prebuilt" as it actually is❤
@saumyacow4435 First Starship landings on mars will be very sketchy. Hopefully those landings that do work carry the necessary resources to autonomously make a better landing area. Even something as simple as wetting the ground with something could help alot.
@@elonsmusk3270 Sketchy is the word for it. As for a landing pad, you need to deal with the forces created by a fully fueled Starship taking off from Mars. Wetting the ground isn't going to scratch the problem. You need a structure and that structure needs sufficient mass. Hundreds of tonnes of steel, anchored into the rock. And without cooling water, it will erode. Also, the exhaust travels at several kilometers per second. Point that at the Mars surface and you're going to get a whole bunch of supersonic projectiles. So you can forget about landing Starship anywhere near (10-15 km) from anything you don't want to put a hole into. Plus some of those supersonic rocks are going to go straight up and damage the engines/tanks. A high probability it will either catastrophically fail or be unable to take off again.

The point of maximum g forces is not the landing burn but rather "late lift" procedure where Starship dives deep to maintain velocity, then presents itself for maximum lift/drag. It's the roller coaster bit on the graph.

have you turned down the pixel light count, shadow cascades, rendering quality, and texture quality to half res in ksp's video settings?
yh my laptop with max graphics does that. turn the res down to half and it should run around 30 to 50 fps.
