    Seth Godin is the author of 20 books that have been bestsellers around the world and have been translated into more than 35 languages. He’s also the founder of the altMBA and The Akimbo Workshops, online seminars that have transformed the work of thousands of people.
    He writes about the post-industrial revolution, the way ideas spread, marketing, quitting, leadership and most of all, changing everything. Some of his bestselling books are Linchpin, Tribes, The Dip, Purple Cow, This Is Marketing and The Practice. His newest project is leading a worldwide group of volunteers creating The Carbon Almanac.
    In addition to his writing and speaking, Seth has founded several companies, including Yoyodyne and Squidoo.     I read most of Seth Godin books. And I think this is as good as any other books. Seth is just Seth, and we love him for that. Icarus Deception is still my favorite. We only spend 40 min for a work that was prepared so nicely by both speakers. We should applaud and appreciate that, thank you.

    How can I add significance in the ecology of education. How do I create the conditions that make teachers feel significant

    I admire Seth, but I didn't hear or learn anything new from this talk. We need new thoughts and ideas and I hope to get them from brilliant minds like Seth or companies like Google.

    30 minutes in and I have no idea what these two are talking about. Obviously Jenny thinks Seth is some sort of genius but I've never heard of him. All I'm getting is two vain self promoters and a word salad, something about taking flowers to work, volunteering to play Beethoven and Yahoo stock prices.
