피크타임이나 손님 몰릴때 굉장히 버거웠거든요 질문 드리고싶은데ㅠㅠ
베이스를 보통 그날 적정량을 만들잖아요
예를들어 영상에나온 달고나라떼에 들어가는 베이스를 그날 분량 다 썼으면 오더스탑하나요??아니면 바로 다시 만들어 놓나요..? 저희는 아직 레시피도 완벽히 못외웠고 베이스는 오픈분들이 만들어놓은 걸 쓰는데 손님 몰릴땐 음료만드느라 베이스 떨어져도 베이스 만들 시간이 너무 부족하더라구요 ㅠㅠ
