@@mrslulus6468 use Goldstone and keep it in your bra. It’s a crystal that calms anxiety. I keep mine in my bra at all times and haven’t taken any anxiety in over 4 years. Takes about 3 to 5 mins to calm you once you place it in your hands and hold onto it till you are calm and grounded.
