New subscriber here I just found your channel my brothers have been going up there a few years now but I just never did they finally convinced me to go and I guess we’re going Saturday not sure if that is good or not because I was looking at the weather supposed to be 68°

If possible can you show your egg patterns which worked best. I start tying yestoday) tied 7 already from youtube tutorials and if possible you show me your bait, i try to tie it. Haha it is packed bud I’ll give you that, but this is the closest stream to me that has steelhead so it’s easy to run up on a Saturday for a morning ❤️ miss you buddy, game soon?
I won’t give away the stream name, but I’ll tell you this is in Pennsylvania, and there’s only about ten streams that hold steelhead in the whole state so it shouldn’t be hard to find! Good luck!
If I see one car at the stretch I want to fish I get bummed. I bet if you walked a mile or 2 away from the hole you'd find quieter water. Cool lookin spot though too bad it's over run with people.

The successful patterns were egg patterns and black or olive nymphs size 14, we also floated some egg sacs

I love fishing a hole by myself as much as everyone but sometimes you gotta pack in where the fish are really stacked🤷🏻♂️
Combat fishing is not for me. No real challenge there either. Like fishing out of an aquarium, they’ll hit anything
