@@Stashmanfpv ...yeah. Bass and Drums were so cool to watch. You could tell Tom B. not only knew his stuff, could play what came to his mind but did it easily, effortlessly. For a drummer, that’s impressive because playing them involves all four limbs, which is tough shit! Yes, it is.
At 2:01… it sounds like there are chordal bass double stops suddenly being added into the mix… are these being played live, along with the bass line? Or is that an additional dubbed part (assuming it’s on bass… but maybe it’s an extra guitar?) Added comment : just watched another live clip of this song: Roscoe Beck IS okaying those double stops at the same time in the bass. He’s playing it all by finger tapping on the bass neck. SICK! ❤
Literally one of the best trios ever. So underrated.
Second best bassline ever written.
Brilliant, awesome album!!!
One of the very best and accomplished jazz / blues players around period!
He gets such great tone from his gear and is amazing live too! ✌🏼
Drummer Tom Brechtlein...so good way back then...you should near him today. He just got better snd better. Still does. A drummer’s drummer.
Always tbought this line up was best.
They all seem in the pocket and relaxed.
✌🏼.

Robben can play that wah sound! One of the best wah solos i know.
...reminiscent of Jimi, kinda.
Wow, that phrase at 2.21 is a neck-shiverer
Tom Brechtlein and Roscoe Beck lay a beautiful groove here.
Have you heard anything from Tom B. lately? Very good. Keeps improving and improving.
My favorite line up. 🔥
✌🏼
Reading the comments here makes me feel proud to be part of a niche club.
Looking forward to finally seeing Robben Ford in Melbourne in May.
When my friend bought this cd back in the days I didn’t know that I was gonna get hooked for over 20 years to this song,it really cuts me to the bone✊
that deep bass sound just sounds so nasty
Timing and an incredible feeling, what a great class, thank you so much Master Ford !
the wha-wha pedal intro at 1:24 REALLY cuts ME to the bone!

La canzone che mi ha fatto conoscere Robben. Da allora è stato amore!
