I found yours yesterday and now I'm going to binge watch your videos since I'm going back to uni in 2 weeks and I want to get back into that mindset 😁 Also, when it comes to "being the last one left in the exam room", I know exactly what you mean, since I do the same thing (the backstory to one of my reasons why is because back in 8th grade, when I took the national exam that would determine what highschool I could go to, I waited until the end in maths, and it payed off because I realised last minute how to solve the one problem I couldn't figure out and I ended up getting 100 points)! 8:20 I can relate to this situation a lot 😭. I'm glad that you decided to sleep when you were extremely exhausted instead of pushing yourself more (at this point) . It's not bad to push yourself tho !but when your body says "I can't anymore " I guess it's best to give it a rest. In my personal experience there were days I slept for just 3 hours an was totally fine but one time ( I had health issues like anaemia 😭) I couldn't sit beyond 10 pm and couldn't sleep less than 6 hours but I pushed myself too much and I ended up screwing up the test.. couldn't concentrate was sleepy and was feeling dizzy 🥴. That was the worst score I ever got. So I guess it's absolutely right to listen to your body sometimes guys.
When I was in 8th grade we had the final exams before entering highschool and I fractured my right wrist (main hand) before the exams and had to take them with my wrist in a cast. They gave me a bonus 1 hour besides the 2 hours allocated for the exams because I couldn't write as fast as without a cast. But I ended up not using that one hour because I felt bad for the people that had to wait for me to finish (in my country the last 3 students have to stay until the time allocated for the exams ends). I couldn't have had them wait another hour just because i couldn't write faster. :))) But I'll try and take your advice and use all the time if I need it in the future.

It really motivated because I have important exams in 2 weeks that’s 40% of my predicted grades and I’ve been feeling really bad cause I just started studying and I had the whole syllabus to cover but this video made me feel better because these exams are offline for me as well. It scares me a lot because this is the first time I’m taking offline exams and your video had really inspired me to work harder and not be scared thank you!

Yeah, you're right, I usually study in blocks of 3 hours. Believe it or not, I get distracted easily, but once I'm in the zone, I'm laser focused so that's what works for me!
