Thank for your video, I read a book of SSE where the backend server' code use "while" to push the information from the server to the client , but others programmer don't recomment the use of "while" to send information from the server to the client, because it take a lot of resource of the server. Can you tell me if that it is true?

@7:10 the picture in the slide is actually contra to header overhead. The payload is way too much that the header is almost negligible! :P
