Nice flying and video Gary.
That plane looks a lot of fun. I'm sure the knife edge issue is just lack of side area so there is no lift, except what you get from the motor. You could knife edge it close to vertical with a sort of side sliding hover but that isn't really a knife edge.

This reminds me of the yesteryears of RC. All glow powered models and planes of this ilk were in ready abundance. I bought one of the first mass produced foam ARF electric planes and promptly tested the effects of gravity with it... yep gravity was in full force... LOL.. The flight lasted all of about 15 seconds... maybe. Total pilot error. But I did have a couple of valuable take aways from it... 1) Electric was the way. 2) getting to play with an airplane that did not weeks to build was awesome. I knew way back then that once the battery technology progressed enough that electric powered ARF/RTF models would dominate. That was a long time ago now. My predictions were accurate. BTW I looked up that old plane and actually found one in new/old stock condition and almost bought it for nostalgia's sake. I thought about it a lot before deciding to pass on it. The planes that are being offered today are just too good. so much better tech, ready to fly and awesome performance. Have my sights set on a couple of the UMX's at the moment. Actually several, like the UMX Air Tractor, UMX Timber X, UMX Pitts, UMX Twin Otter, UMX P51-D Voo Doo, and a UMX A-10. have not picked up anything in a while so I a little behind the curve... lol.. Those do everything I want and are easier to store. Now I just need to remember where that money tree is..... 🤔 On a very personal note I don't get the opportunity to play much these days and when I get the chance watching this channel makes me smile. Thanks GG!

At least 10 minutes. That is about the most I want to do at one time any more. 👍
Try not to get to close to those power wires in the background. I hear there has been issues with loos of Controle when the aircraft gets to close to them. i myself have had loos of controle when my aircraft got to close to them. i know they are not on our frequency ,but as powerful as they are. They can hander our small radio signal.
