It feels like d&b is at another crossroads, like it was all those years ago with Shake your Body, then when Pendulum burst onto the scene, and with acts like Sigma going chart. Now the greats such as Andy C, Technimatic and those at Spearhead are pushing the 'song and bass' commercial movement again. Thank you to all those producers who have persevered with keeping the scene mostly underground still - as I truly believe without this, the longevity it has benefited from may not have existed. And probably at the detriment of short term payouts too which I bet must be more than tempting. Big up 🙌🏼🙏🏻
@FALL0N100 ...and there is a big difference between samples, bootlegs and remixes - and 'song n bass' where the song and the lyrics seem to take centre stage over the beats and bass. It's called drum and bass for a reason and I want it to stay that way!
