A lot of people are saying that Myungsoo's voice isn't anything special. Yes, he's not the best singer, but then again he's not the main vocal. That being said, his voice is definitely unique and very different from voices of other singers. And he most definitely sings amazingly compared to other visuals for sure (main point being that he actually has a good and stable voice; other groups have visuals who only stand around looking good, once they open their mouth, you can't believe that the horrible sound came from such a beautiful person). Myungsoo said he didn't want to be known as just the visual of the group and he's not- he's a renaissance man. Unique voice, great dancer, decent actor, skilled guitar player (have you seen Infinite Band perform? He can play the electric guitar pretty well) and let's not forget that his photography book was a number # 1 bestseller (and I'm sure photography skills played a huge part and not just the fact that he's a kpop idol- there were many people astounded by his skills). Edit: If you've heard their new Reality album and have been watching all their live performances, you would know that Myungsoo really blew everybody's minds with his improvements. There were a lot of people who were saying that he's gotten to the point where he can be mistaken for a lead vocal due to how amazing his voice is nowadays. His high notes, stable sound and strong vocals are just...wow. What an improvement. And it wasn't just him, if you've heard Gyu, Woohyun, Sungyeol (finally! more parts!), Sungjong, Dongwoo and Hoya...goddamn. Infinite is ALWAYS getting better....makes me speechless. No visual can beat Myungsoo's vocals now. Myungsoo has always shown his beautiful voice in the high notes that he has always sang in INFINITE's songs. It's just that today Myungsoo's voice is much deeper than his biyish voice who was between 18-22 years old which was when people began to notice the change in Myungsoo's voice and realize how beautiful it is.
I can listen to his voice all of my life and every single day of it and never get bored of it. Some people just doesn't understand and find his voice to... suck? Or that he has no talents. I admit at first I was attracted to him because of his amazing visual, but I'm not the type to stay with someone just because of their face and there were plenty of pretty faces I've seen in Kpop, but do I stick to them? No. Maybe Myungsoo doesn't have the perfect voice, but he's amazing. He's hardworking and has tried his best to sing for us Inspirits and to those who only called him a face without talent. He tries hard in everything, singing, acting, dancing, and you name it. Now he has improved so much and just so much more amazing and I'm just so proud of him. Not just me, but all of Inspirits is proud of our Myungsoo

A beautiful voice is not only one that reaches D8 notes or super low notes, a beautiful and special voice is one that has many nuances , wide range and can convey feelings and expressiveness. Kim Myungsoo achieves all that with his beautiful voice, if you are not able to feel it then you must have serious flaws in your senses.
