Teddy Mak), The late Dereje Makonnen( DJ) and the other brothers were the backbone of Most of The albums that we love. By the way , Dereje Mekonnen is the only Ethiopian Grammy award winner for his music arrangement and stage performance on Ziggy Marley’s reggae album. Those days feel like a dreamland. We had such a beautiful social fabric in Awassa back in the day late 70s and 80s in Ethiopian calendar.
