As far as I know, BINI and G22 were guest performers for the Chinese trainees to look up on to them. Like juniors learning from their seniors kinda thing. There were other guests girl groups from other countries before them.

Female SB19. Their vocals are amazing and they always slay their live stages. They also performed Babalik in this show and they super-slew that performance. The Chinese trainee idols were supposed to try and beat the score of G22 and failed. When the trainees were watching G22’s rehearsal, they were already disheartened that this was the group to beat. They were in awe, as seen also at the end of the video of the Boomerang performance. G22 is just impressive, albeit still underrated in terms of popularity.

Show it All is a reality survival show for the Chinese trainees that will be chosen for a debut. G22, BINI and other guest foreign performers were invited to perform, and the way I understand it the audience rate the guest performers and the trainees will try to beat that rating. It also serves as a way to impart inspiration to the trainees and challenge them to perform much better. I remember watching the show and even at the rehearsal stage the trainees were floored and amazed by the exceptional talents from the Philippines.
G22 is also one of my favorite girl groups, used to have 4 members but now down to the 3 ladies. For my own preference, I also like them more since they have more matured and rounded voices, better sounding harmonies and very strong stage presence. I just wish they get many more songs to perform, that is the part lacking right now for them and to many of the girl groups, original songs are so few.

The show is 'Guest Groups' vs Show's Trainee Group so it's BINI + G22 vs Trainees and the producers did a good job selecting BINI for the vibes and G22 for the intensity to represent PPop girl groups.
