It’s definitely not overhyped. It’s truly lightweight and blends into your skin like butter. You can apply it using your fingers, you don’t even require a brush or a blender. But yes, it provides low coverage and works just like a skin tint. It’s great for every day use!
It is actually still a good product which getting hyped because of the texture. However, maybelline products are always crazily oxidised. For me i still enjoy using it. Just choosing the shades quite hard since u need to choose shade that are more lighter… sometimes i do think the shades are not for everyone

It's a lie. It doesn’t oxidise to pink. Non sense. If you took a pink undertone shade then it will definitely oxidise to that tone. Yellow tones like 128, 220 etc doesn’t oxidise pink. Some of the influencers on instagrams are just watsapp university graduates, knows nothing about reality.

In fact makes me look ghostly, which is suppose to happen only when the undertone is not correct. I've tried it in 3 shades, full day. No luminosity that I could see of. It is atrocious to compare it with Nars or laura mercier. I am combination oily, but I don't think I can have it on my face without a very proper skin prep. Then too it just sucks the oil from the skin. The only claim I can agree to is, longevity.

Koreans also have skin problems like open pores and many sensitivities but Indian skin is god gifted though we survive the tropical weather and nowadays extreme heat also. Best is to add less layers on skin and let the skin breathe. Plz do a review on good quality SPF
Sorry to say but this is the best foundation at that price here in indonesia around 10 dollar...you know for the price it is tooo perfectly match.. and i will say it was too nice to be in that price thats i dont get it why you say it overhyped because obviously ALL FOUNDATION WILL HAVE OXIDATION .but well idk if the brand channel/ysl will have too but its fair for their highly price i mean overprice so it must not have right😂..but overall maybeline is the best foundation considering it price and that medium to full coverage and very light just like air it have,, verry recomended❤just try it one and i bet you will fall in love at first sight😂

I just stopped using this bc it oxidises so much. 2-3 shades darker! Yuck! Am using colorbar foundation these days, expensive but at least I don’t look worse than I would without make up! Powder doesnt , because it doesn't contain oils.I have always loved lakme mattreal mousse foundation,mac studio fix powder foundation and estee lauder double wear (liquid foundation)

I guess maybe prepping your skin before will have less oxidation 🤔just like we prep our skin with moisturizer before applying foundation.
