early 90s i played a fantastic night at Palm Cove incredibly playing Irish jigs and reels, this must of been a one off night, anyone who was there that night would certainly remember it
Thankyou so much for this video,it brings back so many wonderful memories. I'm Bradford born and bred, grew up in West Bowling,Newby Square, went to the local school Ryan Street.I was brought up in these clubs, loved the reggae, the soul, beat the mainstream crap on the commercial radio stations. I can remember we used to go to a blues in this house on Bowland Street, Manningham. Parkinson's (which became Polar Motor Company) was up the road on the right, can't remember what it was called, it's doing my head in.😅
Respect, its mad wanting people to show up instead of knowing they will but the scene should be there one way or the other like hoping to get some sales but being happy just to go out for a drink same way (Theres no such thing as a scene theres just people doing their thing, when wavy people link up & hold a vibe it becomes infectious in a good way)
