its 5x regular attacks > ki blasts etc, also holding into sways or smashs helps

Im new to this game as a series. I was around for the older ones but never had the opportunity to get them. Ive played the tutorials and stuff for sparking zero but i still dont quite understand how to combo like in this video. I get like 2 punches in then im countered and comboed myself

There are more tutorials in the game actually. Way more. Give the intermediate ones a look (it's under Super Training I think I'm not at home) and you play as Gohan vs Piccolo. And be careful with the Assist functions you have turned on. Alot of them are to help you, but they help TOO much and limit your gameplay freedom.
@@Shadowtron1221 yeah I did all of those. Every tab over and over so I know how to do things but they don't go together when I do them. I can't follow up on any attacks I do, my first 3 punches get parried, I can't vanish out of a hit or anything. Against the CPU I understand because the read inputs but I just feel like a punching bag lmao I guess I just gotta wait for a video that explains them better. Even in the lab again a couple that doesn't move I'm just unable to make a combo happen it's a skill issue

Hey great combos. But I got a question:
Most of the time you start the combos with oponent's back facing you, how likely is it to catch someone like this in a real match? And is it necessary to do long combos?
There are no real true combos from the front, since the opponent can block on many occasions, so caching someone from the back is preferable

Idk how I did it but I was using Broly and somehow managed to get him to drag the opponent by the face like in the movie (I think I used Gigantic Crash in base mode) and instead of lasso-ing the opponent he drags them by the face, anyone else been able to do this?

When you are near a wall like surface and use it on the opponent broly will do the drag move instead from what I figured out.
