Theory: Yesterday was actually supposed to be travel day but she couldn't muster up the fortitude do it and they rescheduled their flight. Yesterday had all the tell-tale signs with the prerecorded videos and the community post saying she couldn't go live. I have a feeling once at the airport things tanked and she couldn't or just wouldn't get on the plane. This could explain her behavior today.

SHE'S FREAKISH LOOKING. Yes, I've seen gigantic people before. But Chantal is truly freakish looking. It's infuriating that she's comparing her situation to disabilities incurred from accidents because they're both the person's "fault." Anyone who seals around and eats what Chantal eats has a 100% chance of becoming morbidly obese, losing mobility, and developing health issues. That's different from getting into a car or playing a sport where there's a small chance of injury or death. You're not taking a risk if the negative consequences are a certainty, you're just choosing to hurt yourself.
A disability IS a disability, regardless of the cause (accident, congenital, bad draw of life, or yes, self-imposed like Chantal's). The difference is what you do about it. If you actually get help about it (going once to the doctor and not following medical advice isn't getting help, it's medical whining) work on yourself to get better. You deserve all accommodation, support, and assistance that can be afforded. You know, "All feelings are valid, but all actions have consequences".

@@deusvult2302 thank you, I'm frustrated that it's not more but I'm also in a wheelchair and fighting to get my mobility back from a spinal injury so it's been slow as far as weight loss goes but I've been active for 47 day so that's something I guess

Addiction runs in my family too, along with heart and bowel disease. I have overcome 2 addictions and 2 EDs. So I am completely sober now, eat regularly & cleanly and do a lot of moderate exercise. THAT is the difference between being an indulgent victim and a responsible adult. It's not easy but entirely possible if you do the work. Goals and distractions were extremely important.
