@@RevBombUK Heard this several times now yes, not a positive. One of the reasons I like this scooter is it's light weight, my previous Lammy was metal and would be a tad heavy for me now 30 years later. Thanks for the reply.
@@RevBombUK Made my mind up to buy one, if you have any recommendations for dealers (preferably close to Beds) I would be eternally grateful. Great video, not suprised it has had so many veiws.
They don't sell a lexxmoto Milano that I can order in the US. Im looking at a clone of the Milano called the Romeo 200cc. Its only available in solid colors but I'm looking forward to pimping it up with some racing decals etc. Thank you for the review maybe could post a a link to reliable stores for replacement parts.
I thought the little door on the right side is a storage compartment? Every other review I've seen on any of these ZNEN Vespa clones say it's storage. The whole side panels come off easily for engine access, along with the under-seat tray coming out for access.
I had one of these for a while and although they do look very cool the best peace of advice I would offer is if you are interested in buying one please do your research with regards to how close your nearest dealer is located and if your local none dealer macanics will work on them. I am saying this because this is the problem I had. nobody I asked would work on it not even to do a service. People will tell you different but there is still a stigma towards Chinese bikes
Getting one, not had a scooter since I was a lad, I’ve zero chance of justifying the 3+ grand a even half decent new Vespa or lambo, even the old ones are silly money. Big scene in customising these now, it’s great news for us old and new mods. After a blue one but like hens teeth, everyone’s hanging out for the delivery in October, demands huge. Made a load of calls and even with deposit nobody is promising a blue or black one 🙄
@@RevBombUK thanks for getting back to me. I've read mixed reviews, and some suggesting it depends on the dealer building it, but the place I'm looking at gives 5 years parts warranty so that gives me confidence. Ta
I'm actually about to buy a second hand 125 milano I'm a big bike kinda guy grew up racing but always had a soft spot for vespas etc cheers for the info 👍
@@wesrogerson185 yes it's a great little bike to be honest not skipped a beat had a slight problem initially with tick over and it cutting out but 5 mins adjusting the throttle and has been perfect since starts up straight away no issues and its 5 years old now too so 👍

@@RevBombUK i am thinking of buying a lexmoto. i have done quite a lot of research and most people say they are reliable and cheap (except from old videos where Chinese bikes had bad reputation) although their trust pilot isn't the best. are they safe and reliable? thanks
@@obvio______3875 They are good and a lot better than old examples, Just make sure you check out a dealer before buying and make sure all the pre checks and qc's are done before getting it. Most models are pretty dam good now
@@RevBombUK to be honest my only concern was a few people said that the bikes were not tightened enough. but if the dealer is good and checked all of that then it should be a good time. thanks for the help.
I'll have to say thats a good looking machine right there. The chrome looks pretty nice on it.
I love it, It's a gorgeous scooter and im not a huge scooter lover but it did appeal to me riding it
Definitely appealing....Had a Lammy many (many) years ago but looking to get on two wheels again, this may be the Scoot.
There a good little scoot but a bit creaky as all plastic that would be my only point i pick up on

Only small storage but engine servicing is usually panel off for access
Great looking bike .I would like to know how much you sell them for .I am thinking about buying. One.
Now discontinued but second hand around 1 - 1.5 k

@RevBombUK no problem man I hope it didn't sound to negative it was just my experience
@andrewoldham4462 not at all some dealers steer away from any chinese bike, silly really as any good bike mechanic can service any brand

New to Scooters (poss mid life crisis!), been looking at Royal Alloy, which are really nice. These however look great, much cheaper also?
They are! Milano is abour £1k less but being plastic panels is a little creaky but still a great scooter
@@RevBombUK so if you had the money would you go RA or Lambretta, or is the Lex good enough? Thanks

How do they compare to the Royal Alloys ?
Royal alloy is much better bike as better plastics but the milano is a lot cheaper but still a good scooter

So what speed was you doing on the dual carriage way? And what's top speed?
All test rides are between 40 and 43 due to running in top speed is around 60-65
@@RevBombUK I would need that top speed verifying. More 50--55 mph max
@@voicevoice2053 its dependent on weight and wind conditions but a customer has verified he got it to 62
I think that it can depend on how you run it in, as the engine frees up should think 55 - 60 +
not my style. but good review.
