Coach i have a question when you play live games like regular pickup games or like a regular game for like your school or aau, are you suppose to think about nothing or think about the things what your going to do on the court?
I want to ask you if your shooting hand should be relaxed or squizing the ball when shooting?
And another quastion should the ball be on my fingertips?

Anytime I try to lessen my offhand from pushing the ball to get more rotation, I see more rotation on my shot but I have a lot of less power and is harder to make my shots. Any tips to fix this?

Hey Ryan, after a workout, whether that be basketball, weights, or running how long should I stretch for and how long should I stretch each body part?
I wish I had a good answer but that's not my area of expertise
Static stretches after every workout is the way to go

For some reason, I have a pretty good mid-range, but my 3's are awful. So far I'm averaging 25ppg with 0.5 3's a game. Do you know why this is? I think it has something to do with my overall strength...
Look up one motion vs two motion shooting. I had the same problem and I got some range after I made my jump shot smoother
