for real, i started using ike more seriously some months ago and if people forgot about tier lists, they would find that he's an incredibly funny (and solid) character. his recovery is bad, but people generally feel very scared to attack a human-sized swinging sword. he's also pretty good against short-ranged melee fighters, and in almost all of his aerials he draws a bow with the sword, which in some cases, makes him a better character than others like sephiroth
He's a lot more via le than people give him credit for! Most Ike mains tend to be humble and accept it, in my experience. XD You should also watch some of SoloJones' videos! Those are also inspirational Ike videos! ^^
Ike has no business sitting in low mid tier with this kind of power, range, weight and recovery. Even his mobility is not that bad when you consider quick blade in the air can have no landing lag
I love that you use both versions of Ike respect, I wish he hade at least one ranged attack though I mean Rangell is a 1-2 range weapon like bows and tomes so it makes sense….but then everyone would probably just spam it.😂😂 Also that last fight was funny truly and Ike moment ever.

God, I love Ike. I never thought to combo and nair into up special cause I barely watch or see gameplay. I'm also too much of a punk to try and spike off stage or even consistently try to suicide for a trade. One thing I do really want to learn is reversing your up special off stage so you land on it instead of catching which can spike or finish more easily.

Love the vid. I wish I get opponents that let me kill them at 90 with Aether. So broken when they don't DI but when they do they're living past 140% unless you're at the edge :( Even my friend who mains Kirby normally lives past 120 with the proper DI (down+away). I've dropped him since then for Seph + ROB but always love seeing new Ike vids

I just use an hdmi video capture (which isn't the most fancy but still works pretty well) and then I use obs to record the videos. I could be wrong but I think the best one in the market rn is elgato's.
