Cornstarch crunchies are one of my absolute favourite things! _(And doesn't get nearly enough love and attention, in my opinion)_ I do acknowledge that they are notoriously finicky and fragile, but the are good...oh *so* good! I adored, unreservedly, the crisp, gritty, raspy crunches. Those harder, gorgeously rigded white crunchies were excellent!!
