This is one of the greatest movies I’ve ever watched because I remember watching it back on dvd nearly 20 years ago which features a newspaper reporter being drugged then given an injection which turned him into this two headed creature causing havoc in Japan bringing death to all of those young women plus law enforcement also , This here movie is good for watching especially at night or during rainy days .

One thing about these "failed experiment" movies is that the supposedly brilliant scientist rarely if ever has a clear idea of what a successful experiment would have looked like. In this case I guess they become a monster and don't kill people? That's a win I guess...Also, I'm not really into alcohol or drugs but that cartoon at the end probably works better if you're under the influence of some mind-altering substance...
