Oak Harbor, WA, is located on the northern side of Whidbey Island. It's famous for its cozy small-town atmosphere, highlighted by a charming historic downtown area filled with adorable shops and delightful local eateries.

Narration would have been a really nice touch....especially for anyone watching that's never been. Western Washington is not what it once was, but there are hidden gems in the Puget Sound that cling on to their charm. Whidbey, outside of OH is one of them. OH could have stayed a gem....I lived in OH from '76 until '92. A lot has changed.....most NOT for the better.
