Yes, The Tuning to this song is everything tuned half step down So Eb,Ab,Db,Gb,Bb,Eb. Then Tune the Db (D string) up to Eb. Or if you don't care about the exact tuning. You could just tune normal and raise the D string up to E. and it will work just fine.
