    👍👍👍 As you know, I' m currently on a low level in my exercises bc. of recovery after surgery. But I think your example and this powerful music could help me to increase my motivation and performance. 😊🎉❤ Maybe I should get me a military outfit, too.😂🎉

      @LoyceFitness Yeah!🎊 As you say, every day a little bit stronger and better.❤️ And no excuses, as you say! Did my little exercises every day also in the hotel pool and gym while travelling. Must say: camouflage looks more like serious effort than sweatpants.😅🎊

      Eeeyyyy, that’s great, you can follow the routines I post, while you do it in moderation
      Mondays (chest workouts )
      Wednesdays (belly workouts )
      Friday (Leg day )
      Don’t forget to add cardio for a good warm up then also cool down exercises too.
      Stretching is an icing on cake 🔋
