On my first day at Evolve MMA I got to jump into a Muay Thai sparring session (5 minute rounds) with two former Lumpinee champions, Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichok and Nong-O Gaiyanghadaogym.
They more or less had their way with me and were able to land a lot of clean strikes on me. However, I do feel like I was able to keep up and land a decent amount too. I also felt like defended relatively well... but I'm sure if they ramped it up another notch it would've been tough to keep up. Either way, hopefully I put on a good showing!

these guys are serious legends. Even though Sean has experience and would typically destroy his opposition the difference in skill and technique is apparent. This is why love Muay Thai...it pushes you in every aspect. Keep working hard and providing good educational videos its very much appreciated.

Nong O was ridiculously good. He stopped using his hands completely towards the end and just threw body kicks with both legs. Speed, timing, distance control and movement was something else

Get vid. both guys are def legit. you yourself are great. held your own against two great opponents. im actually new to the muayT scene, got a lil over two months under my belt. i watch your vids all the time. I was hoping you can give me a tip(or vid either or) on pointing your feet and toes when kicking. that has been by far the hardest part for me. both of my big toes have been brutalized in sparring and in the heavybag. hopefully you can help. funny something so simple is so hard for me. lol.

This is pretty cool considering Nong-O was on break between 2015 to 2018. Came back in 2018 to take on Fabio Pinca, and just lighting ONE FC up ever since!

He could try once or twice not to simply stick to his own kickboxing style - punches and low kicks but launch more middle and high kicks with good balance. He could have benefited more from such a good chance of sparring with Nong-O if doing so.

+Titan MMA not sur exactly, but from what I've heard it helps with their exhaling when they breathe and also emphasis the point that they are landing shots on you... which can be quite frustrating haha.
