I love the the title "appreciation", so much of the work out i've done come from a forceful attitude towards self, instead of gratitude, and celebration. thank you for sharing your knowledge in this space!

That was super challenging! Did not expect sweat to drip off me. Idk if I will love this one or hate this one. Guess I will see if I have some inkling to try it again. Also, there were moves in here my body had never done in any fashion before! How did she learn or come up with some of this?
I had to do this session in stages actually. Straight through was too much. And i have been doing yoga every day for years (hatha, yin, somatics, vinyasa, kundilini).

Glad you found a good challenge and I hope you do come back to this. How did I come up with the moves? I don't remember... but I do know I've been teaching movement since 2001 and have had to learn all sorts of ways to get my patients who are in pain to be able to move without pain again. The physio brain is a little different than the yoga brain. Both are a good compliment to the other.

This practice worked my problem back areas like no other I have done. Was it hard? Yes, as noted in the video! Worth it? Yes, 200%

I can't seem to find this in your on demand library? Can you post or send the link? Thank you!!

😉 yep. It’s not in there yet because it was filmed prior to that membership starting (hence the other side of the room as the backdrop). I’ll post it in the On Demand Library soon!!! I didn’t want TH-cam and the on demand stuff to have all the same exact content 😂

@@tagbogard lovely! I'll get it cross posted to the On Demand Membership in the coming weeks. No reason to keep any good class out of that library!
