I say add a 3d animation + animated diff + ebsynth + a green screen Lora and you can get more advanced stuff done.

Saw your ebsynth videos which are awesome! I agree, Combining blender, AD and EB would nail it. I considered doing that for this video but I think the process needs a video all to it self and may be longer than my usual videos. Not out of the realm of possibilities though.

@@sebastiantorresvfx oh thanks for checking out my videos. I've got some stuff coming out but need to get into comfyui a bit more. You guys are way ahead of me. But I think combing several of ya'lls tricks is helping me create a really cool animation factory system. ...basically AI will be my render farm, animator and all that. Like for 3d animation - I take pre-made models like DAZ but create custom characters with clothing and texture maps - then train that character in a LORA - then animate with Wonderstudio against a green screen with a real actor ....well still working on everything....trying to see which is best and fastest....thanks for your tutorials.

It can certainly generate things. But they are... not quite right. Reminds me of Death's house, from Terry Pratchett's Discworld series. All the bits are there. The AI has observed them, and knows the general shape they should be. But it lacks true understanding.
What I'm seeing here I could not use for anything finished, unless I was specifically going for a "not quite right" look. But in a few years, who knows?

I agree it’s not fully there yet. I’d say an experience animator using controlnet and rough line art to drive the ai could get quite far. As for how long until it is there, I’d say it’s going to be a lot sooner than years at the speed this tech is evolving. While not production ready it’s definitely coherent, where less than six month ago it looked like an explosion of pixels 😂

"Re: In a few years, who knows", I wouldn't be surprised if before long we simply request an AI to create a movie for us to engage in, in real time, based on a brief narrative we give it here and there. It may even become ironic that while we struggled to satisfactorily apply AI in our construction techniques this development was occurring.

Star Trek holodeck style. Request a story get exactly what you’re after. I agree I don’t think it’ll be long at all.

Let me know what specifically did you want to know about line art for coloring books that i didn’t cover in the line art video? Maybe I can touch on it on a live stream.

Well first your explanation is one of the best I have found so far Especially the part related to the black areas and the clarity of the lines, I want to expand on it by removing the gray and black areas If you conclude it by converting the resulting image into a high-quality vector using software or any other method, I will be grateful to you

where exactly do you get the animated diff models from?

    • @sebastiantorresvfx

      Check the description

I checked the description and clicked on that animated diff link but it doesn't tell you or show you the models he got. I'm so lost. I tried looking around in their github as well and it show two things that matches of what he got: mm_sd_v15.ckpt and mm_sd_v14.ckpt. Where the rest?

Its easier for me to just draw it than installing all this stuff and trying to listen to you. Im not smart enough for all this.

🤣 don’t worry Fede, you’re not the only one who’s brain melted trying to understand this technique. I’m one of those people too, hence why the research phase takes so long.

great summary but currently far from practical and easy compared to what automatic1111 itself is
