nami gives sustain for lucian to trade agro early. MS buffs are great to get the w or passive autos. The e buffs ur autos which reset easily and w heal bounces with u on dash and also procs imperial mandate like the E does on your autos insta. namis kit just buffs lucians kits and covers the sustain/movement that you lack.
All enchanters are good but nami just covers so much more then others. I prefer Nami into squishy and milio into more tanky teams. Janna ad buff + shield with passive is also amazing.
