You started washing and the very distinct color change proved the point that cleaning was needed. You thought of a really kind way to help your friend's house sale. Very nice to hear that your power washing the front paving helped make the home sell very quickly.

That really helped the appearance of the house. But I will NEVER understand keeping a trash bin on the driveway!!! Back yard or inside the garage is best. Planting a few flowers by the entrance also helps a house to sell. Maybe a flag...and a colorful pillow on the bench.

Is their any treatment to use on concrete after a power wash occures... To help keep pores closed on concrete? Age, ambient weather and pollution I'm sure causes the dirt to accumulate. Excellent job

Very nice job! One gentle suggestion. When the young man was doing the introduction, the audio was a bit muffled. He was understandable, but it took a bit to hear. Having the microphone better positioned would be good.
Maybe rust? CLR gets rid of most stains on concrete, easy to do with just washing with a hose after applying so the homeowner wouldn’t be burdened much to try

Are you saying the house sold and therefore was taken off the market or are you saying the owners decided to stay in the home and took the home off the market?
