I purchased a Purple mattress, power platform, Purple mattress protector, pillows and sheets from Mattress Firm for over $3,400 dollars. The mattress sagged in several locations and the sides caved in within the first three years of use. I went to Purple to file the warranty claim. Purple was about to replace the bed until they found out that I had purchased it from Mattress Firm. They said that the warranty needed to go through Mattress Firm since that is their vendor. I contacted red Mattress Firm which sent me to their 3rd party warranty provider. I submitted the pictures, but the mattress did not show all of the sagging because the Purple polymer returns to normal shape much like a foam mattress unless weight is applied. With 1 gallon water bottles on the mattress it shows a definite sag. They wanted me to pay them $80 to have an adjuster come to our house and review the mattress. They warranty was voided because the adjuster said there was a slight smudge on the mattress cover. It was barely visible to the eye unless the lights were on and the windows were open. The sagging mattress was trapping the heat and causing me to sweat on the mattress cover. The Purple water resistant cover did not protect the mattress. I questioned Purple and they told me that their policy was to replace the mattress regardless if there was any spots on the cover. mattress Firm does not have the same warranty policy. I was told that if the mattress was purchased directly from Purple it would have been replaced Immediately. Mattress Firm denied the warranty and will not replace or refund the money. If I had know that buying from a vendor comes with less of a warranty then I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED FORM PURPLE DIRECTLY. why would I want to buy from Mattress Firm and have less coverage and a hassle? I am taking them to court. I wish that I had never heard of Mattress Firm.
Help me out got buityrest black an mattress firm wont replace or cash value for new bed. They said the slay frame is at fault when my box farm is a plate farm
Same issue in 2022 with a place called Savannah mattress outlet. Bout a 1300 mattress firm and when we got it home out the box 5 days wen I lay on it . It's going down like quick sand . And tell me I got to pay 250 to replace it because they see nothing wrong.. Savannah mattress outlet. Don't go.there
With the string test, all that is getting measured is the foam topper of the mattress, thats it. A true test would have some type of weight going across the mattress and THEN measuring how far it dips. That would be the right way of doing it BUT they will never do that because they would lose millions in replacing mattress's . Bunch of crooks !!

I haver the same excat issue right now... and if you have the slightest stain they say it's invalid. It's such bs.
