Honestly Legends Never Die was my album of the year for 2013. Lyricism wise, beat wise, content wise, it was freaking on point. I'm sure some people will be like "Oh what about Yeesus" and shit like that, but I don't think it even compares to Legends Never Die. Lol I'm of the opinion that if Yeesus was made exactly as is by any artist other than Kanye it would've been a total flop.
RA is the truth. “Legends Never Die” is an instant classic. I bump this at the park while I play basketball by myself and make everyone else listen. For real though.... one of the best
why the hell would I waste my money on itunes ? I need the damn CD for this album. Thanks RA, I slept on it when it was first released, now I'm going to pick it up on my way home.
What makes R.A. a hero is that he stands his ground when the world bucks up. He's been around forever and I didnt get a chance to hear him till about a year ago. One of the G.O.A.T.'s of underground for sure
R.A dropping the knowledge yet again. One of my fav rappers ever. Crazy that not one of my friends have heard of R.A. he's also got the HARDEST verse in hip-hop history. If you don't know what I'm talking about Google uncommon valour. There's two versions one with just him and another with vinnie Paz dropping a verse before him. Vinnie's verse in Aaaaard but R.A goes in BEAST MODE
Ironic that they have this interview with an artist like the Rugged man and then right at the end of this clip you hear "We got celebrity wire coming next and there's a humongous feud going on between Drake and Future..."
Sway gets all these dope underground emcees on from time to time but then he tells niggas like Future that he fux with them, he expects us to believe dat?? lol

Shade 45 has more dope emcees come onto their show then prob any other platform the last 15 years. Em last 2 ppl signed the last decade slaughterhouse and Griselda (granted shoulda been Benny also as he’s prob the illest) two underground lyrical raw HipHop. It may of not worked out like everyone including fans wanted but the fact he did that shows he wants to promote dope emcees. Em shows mad love to great emcees from 80s/90s/2000s/now (recently RJ Payne). Agree though he’s never really promoted fellow dope white emcees like R.A., Apathy, Diabolic, Aesop Rock etc, but to his defense no great white MCs seem to show love like that maybe aside from Slug and Apathy a little bit.
@@superdopehiphop - Not only does he not promote dope White artists, he got like 1/2 of his Slim Shady schtick from RA and Cage...who were both killing the Crazy Whiteboy style when Eminem was still sounding like Nas and AZ on Infinite. Is what it is.....
kesha is actually fairly talented. she writes all of her shit herself. writing hits like that arnt as easy as it seems. you gotta write it super simble and super catchy. her music is still bullshit tough ofc but calling her untalented is a but ignorant.

Its clear Sway heard and learned about R.a. like 10 minutes before this interview. The fact he has a hip hop radio show and was unaware about the best rap album of the year should have been embarrassing.
You have no clue what you are talking about. Sway and the Wake up show been promoting 90% dope lyrical beasts since the 90s. I was surprised he didn’t know R.A as well as he should be he promoted a ton of dope emcees the last 30 years before they were known
Kesha is actually talented, she just dumbed herself down for her label. Her new shit is nothing like Tick-Tock... and then there's her whole lawsuit against her rapist/producer.
This is Eminem's station. Mainstream dumbed-down station. So Sway is a mainstream sell-out puppet. So is Eminem. R.A. The Rugged Man is and has always been a better lyricist than Eminem
How the hell you gonna end a R.A. The Rugged Man interview with a Drake and Future bullshit feud? That's what he's talking about!! Stop with the mainstream, non-sense bullshit about no talent rappers. Give real artists more attention. Not bullshit rappers that have no talent at all.
Not at all, he just tells it like it is. the bitterness comes from the frustration of the business. RA is a damn legend, he knows the name of the game. However, he gets interviewed, and you got Sway asking shit, he's been asked a million times. Sway could have given him some shine, but he goes the mainstream, controversial route. RA the Patrice O'Neal of this rap game. meaning he's a damn legend, the best, and the world as a whole, will never truly know about it.

Eminem's people have known who RA is for a long time now... but....he's competition.
